Yes, and with no back door. What is discussed in a session stays there. One single person has authority over that confidentiality, and it is the person being trained. Not us, not whoever pays, not whoever made the introduction.

That holds when parents book, when a club commissions us, and when a crew trains together. Something is passed on only if the person trained expressly wants it, and then only to the extent they set. With minors, the young person decides; in a crew, the skipper responsible decides for what concerns them.

The reason is not pedantry. Anyone who is not certain a sentence stays in the room does not say the decisive sentence. And then we are working on the wrong thing.
