C4
What do the three call levels mean?
They describe how urgent things are for you right now, and how close the occasion has already come. They are not a price list and they are not packages. What you book emerges later, out of the conversation.
| Level | Call | When you call this way |
|---|---|---|
| Routine | ordinary call | In good time before the season, calm and with a plan. The occasion lies in the future, you have time to build it properly. The winter break belongs here too. |
| Raised | PAN-PAN | There is pressure. You have realised you want to work on your head, and the occasion is coming closer. An enforced break after an injury is a classic PAN-PAN moment as well. |
| Highest | MENTAL MAYDAY | You feel considerable pressure, and the occasion is practically at the door. You want to act now. |
Honestly, the three levels are above all a self-assessment. They help us judge how much time is left. And they help you admit to yourself where you stand.
The best call is the ordinary one. Whoever calls early has a free choice.
