I am afraid of heights up the mast, or I feel closed in below deck.

We practise the procedure, we do not train away the phobia. In practice that means the sequence, the safety arrangements, the breathing, a clear order of steps, small stages, and the option to stop at any time. For many people that is enough, because the problem is the moment rather than the fear as such.

If there is a pronounced fear of heights or a claustrophobia behind it that restricts you ashore as well, we are not the right address. There are effective therapies for that, and they work better than anything we could offer.
