My partner and I argue constantly on board.
Confinement, tiredness, closeness with nowhere to withdraw to, and decisions under time pressure on top. It is remarkable how many conflicts on board are really conflicts about who is responsible for what: who calls what, who decides, who may disagree and when. That is very good material to work on, and often half the argument disappears once the roles are clear.
We are not couples counsellors, though. If the subject is not the manoeuvre but the relationship, we say so openly instead of treating it out on the water.
