How do I cancel, and what happens if bad weather stops a session?

Weather is part of sailing, and we handle it as we would on board: if a session on the water cannot take place, we run an equivalent session instead. On board in harbour, ashore, or digitally if it comes to that. What we do not do is let it lapse, because that regularity is exactly what works.

If an appointment becomes impossible for other reasons, on your side or on ours, it is moved, as far as possibility and availability allow. Nothing is set off against anything, and we do not run deadlines. Anyone who has paid in advance has their sessions, and they will get them.

For appointments we travel to, a twenty-four hour limit applies. Up to then it can be moved and the appointment shifts to a new date. After that we still move the session, but travel costs that can no longer be cancelled fall to the client. If the reason lies with us, we carry them ourselves.

If a trip with costs already committed has to be cancelled altogether, we look for a solution appropriate to the situation. We have no table for that, because no two cases are alike.
