Can I reach you in the middle of a passage without having booked?

The open channel is part of the package. Anyone working with us can reach us underway by messenger, without an appointment and without warning. See E11.

Without a booking it does not work, and not as a matter of principle but because it genuinely would not help. Helping in the middle of a passage assumes we know you: your boat, your crew, your subject, the way you react under pressure. A stranger at the other end can be kind at that moment, but not useful.

What is always available without a booking is the free first session. Including when you are sitting in harbour right now, knowing that things cannot go on like this.
