Yes: three roles, three tasks. The helm and the skipper carry the weight of decision and must not unload it onto the crew. The tactician and the navigator decide on incomplete information and have to let the decision go afterwards instead of dwelling on it. The crew on the sheets and the bow live on timing and trust, and have to stay in the moment instead of already being at the next manoeuvre.
