How does team training work?

Hybrid, like almost everything we do. Ashore we work on roles, communication and decision paths, because for that a quiet room and a table beat twenty degrees of heel. On board we test whether it holds under pressure. Between and after, the support runs digitally.

Whether we sail with you depends on availability and on what we agree. Format, duration and group size are settled in the first session, because a settled crew of six needs something different from a youth group of twenty.
