Will my parents or my coach find out what I say?

Only if you want them to. You decide that, nobody else. Not even if your parents are paying, and not even if your club brought us in.

We tell them that we are working. What you tell us belongs to you. If you want your parents or your coach to know something, you tell us what — and then we do exactly that and no more.

There is one single exception, and it applies everywhere: if we get the impression that somebody is in serious danger, we get help. We tell you that too, and we tell you beforehand.
