How reachable are you during a passage?

Anyone holding a package with us has the channel open. Around the clock, by WhatsApp or the messenger of your choice, without an appointment and without warning. You write when your head calls.

And now the honest part. We answer as quickly as an ordinary life allows. That is usually quick and sometimes it is not, because we also sleep, work and go out on the water ourselves. We will not promise you a response time we cannot keep.

If you need a guaranteed response time, on a longer passage for instance, we agree it explicitly and for an additional fee. Then it is in the offer and it holds.

There are no forbidden subjects on the channel. If something takes us to our limit, we tell you, and then we help you find the right place. We are mental trainers, not psychologists, not psychiatrists and not a crisis line. In real distress at sea you call channel 16, not us.
